HOW TO USE

• Cleanse Your Face: Start with a clean face by using your regular cleanser to remove makeup and surface impurities.

• Steam or Warm Compress: Apply steam or a warm towel to your face for 5-10 minutes to open up the pores, enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment.

• Use the Device:

  • Cleansing Mode: Turn on the device and select the "Cleansing" mode. Hold the spatula at a 45-degree angle and gently glide it over damp skin, moving from the center of the face outward.
  • Moisturizing Mode: Apply your favorite serum or moisturizer, switch to "Moisturizing" mode, and gently move the device over your skin to enhance product absorption.
  • Lifting Mode: For skin tightening, select the "Lifting" mode and gently massage the skin in upward motions.
  • Ion Export Mode: To target blackheads, use the "Ion Export" mode on affected areas to help extract impurities.
  • For optimal results:* Use on clean and completely dry skin with no cream or cosmetic residue
    * Pull skin tight and move in small, circular motions
    * If unit begins to slow down, clean head of hair residue
    * If unit is still running slow, change battery
    * It is normal for skin to appear red immediately after use due to pressure and friction applied

• Aftercare: Once the treatment is complete, rinse your face with cool water to close the pores and apply a hydrating moisturizer to soothe the skin.

Orders from Vibrant typically ship within 1 business day via iMile and arrive within 2 to 3 days. We also offer a Next-Day Delivery option which ships within the same day via UPS and arrives the following business day. Please note that even if the order doesn't ship on the same day of purchase, it will still arrive the next business day.

3. Shipping Notification & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping notification as soon as the tracking number becomes active. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the tracking website.
